Shipping & Handling

Order Processing:
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.  Business days do not include weekends or Holidays.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail after your order is placed, please check your spam folder or contact us for information.

Standard Shipping Rates:

For orders containing only smaller/flatter items (such as Canvas Board paintings, Jewelry, Notebooks, or Prints) Standard shipping is $5 to ship within the United States. 
For all other orders, shipping within the United States is $10. 

Free Local Pickup is available.  Select this option at Checkout.  See below.

Shipping Method:

Standard shipping rates above are for delivery via UPS or Post Office at our discretion.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Delivery Times:

Delivery time depends on where you live. Shipments originate from Southern New Jersey, so the closer you live to the East Coast, the faster your order is likely to deliver with Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping usually delivers within 3 business days (after order has been shipped) to most of the United States. Shipping to some of the Midwest, Southwest, and all of the West may require expedited shipping if you need your order in fewer than 5 business days.

Where Do We Ship:

We ship only within the United States. Shipping to anywhere outside the United States is not currently available. 

Local Pickup:

Live locally to South Jersey* and want to pickup your order? We will wave all shipping costs for local pickups! Just choose “Local pickup” as the shipping option at check out.
Then, once your order has been placed, we will e-mail you within 1 to 2 business days to arrange your pickup.

*We are located near Blackwood NJ. Or you can pickup at any of Hillary’s upcoming events.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
